Coach Nicole

CF-L2, CF Gymnastics

I started CrossFit more than three years ago after having my second child and struggling with postpartum depression. My doctor suggested I start exercising to help get my mind and body back to normal. My sister had been doing CrossFit for quite a while and encouraged me to drop into our local box. After being inactive for more than 7 years, I decided to give CrossFit a try.

The changes I experienced within such a short amount of time were unbelievable to me. Not only did my mind and body get back to normal, but my confidence was stronger than ever before and my support group and friendships more than tripled. That is the thing about CrossFit – you instantly make new friendship and become a part of a family when you join a box.

And now I aspire to share the same life-changing benefits I experienced through CrossFit with others. Whether it’s through the cues I give and athlete to help them better a lift or movement or through an encouraging conversation about the struggles of becoming the best version of themselves – these are the reasons I coach. And I couldn’t be more proud of the place and people I get to coach at 313.
