Coach Lindsey


Lindsey is a dynamic and accomplished individual who has made a name for herself in the business world, as a devoted mother, and as a passionate fitness enthusiast. A wife and mother of two, Lindsey has always prioritized her family and has been blessed with two beautiful children, Liv and Jax.

Growing up, Lindsey was an athlete at heart, having played sports such as softball and volleyball. This competitive spirit has only grown stronger with time, and she has found a new outlet for her competitive nature through CrossFit.
Lindsey holds a Level 2 Trainer Certification in CrossFit, a testament to her dedication to the sport.

Lindsey’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, which has served her well in her professional endeavors.

In 2016, Lindsey gave birth to her daughter, Liv, and then again in 2018, she welcomed her son, Jax. What’s remarkable about Lindsey’s journey is that she continued to train with CrossFit methodologies during both pregnancies. This incredible feat is a testament to her strength, resilience, and determination.

When she’s not running her business or taking care of her family, Lindsey can often be found at the CrossFit box with her husband, Coach Bo, and their two little ones. It’s not uncommon to see the whole family laughing and working out together. Both kids participate in CrossFit 313’s kids classes!

This love for active living and fitness is contagious, and Lindsey’s passion for CrossFit has inspired many others to join her on this journey.

Throughout her life, Lindsey has been driven by her love of competition, and this spirit has only grown stronger as she’s become a mother. She finds joy in watching her children grow and develop their own passions and interests, and she’s grateful for the opportunity to share in their experiences.
