In 2014 I was working in the oilfield and had reached my highest weight @250lbs. I had finally hit bottom and decided to do something about it. I started doing video workouts and jogging a little after that. Meanwhile my wife started CrossFit at home and couldn’t stop talking about it. When I came home for days off I went to my first class and have been hooked ever since. I started CrossFit officially in 2015 and obtained my Level 1 certification in October of 2017. I have been coaching ever since then and love the teaching aspect as much as the training aspect of CrossFit. I have a wonderful support system in my wife and daughters.
