Over 15 years of CrossFit experience, coaching and studies of the CF methodology we TEACH 3 standards for guiding health/fitness:

10 General Physical Skills, this helps our clients develop and maintain well-rounded fitness.

Creating a program that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive so we train to be prepared for any challenge or obstacle life may throw your way.

Ensure that you train all of the 3 metabolic energy pathways. (We can nerd out, but we’ll save you the read!)

At CrossFit 313 we rigorously study these principals laid out by CrossFit teachings, and use this tenant as a daily reminder to push you, as our clients, to a higher level of fitness. This is our promise to you!

Our coaches are there for you whenever you have questions and need that extra help. We always demonstrate every movement, every time, to make sure you know exactly what you are doing.
